AtozMP3 respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement. This page explains how rights holders can request the removal of content.

Filing a Copyright (Takedown) Notice

If you are a copyright owner, or authorised to act on behalf of one, and you believe that material on AtozMP3 infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent at dmca@atozmp3.org that includes all of the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. The exact URL(s) on AtozMP3 where the allegedly infringing material is located, so we can find it.
4. Your contact information, including your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.

Our Response

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the material identified, and we may notify the user who posted it. We aim to process valid requests within a reasonable time, typically within a few business days.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to dmca@atozmp3.org containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and your contact information and consent to jurisdiction.

Repeat Infringers

It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances, to disable and/or terminate access for users who are found to repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.

Good-Faith Requests

Please note that under the DMCA, any person who knowingly makes a material misrepresentation that content is infringing may be liable for damages. If you are unsure whether material infringes your rights, you may wish to seek legal advice before submitting a notice.

We provide download links only for properly licensed songs. All other tracks are available for online listening through Spotify and YouTube only. This platform is dedicated to promoting music in all languages. If we have license we provide download links if we don't have we provide online streaming links from top music platforms.
